This equipment can be matched with the automatic screen-printing machine and connected to a new process production line integrating uv varnish coating,cold foil stamping .
Instead of the traditional process of hot stamping transfer of anodized aluminum foil by hot pressing, using a brand-new stamping technology to transfer the anodized aluminum foil, cooperates with the screen printing machine to achieve fine lines, precise gradient dots, color blocks, and other metal decoration effects. Because of the process characteristics of the screen printing machine, it is possible to make embossed and convex cold foiling.

Automatic Paper Delivery
- Connected with the silk-screen printing machine. Automatic paper feeding.
Foil Cold Stamping
- After the silk-screen printing machine, the special UV glue will be smeared at the area for stamping, and the electrochemical aluminum foil will be transferred to the surface of the printing image. This technology can make the printing image more bright, and with a three-dimensional sense, also it is possible to achieve dot or striation stamping.
Snowflake wrinkle
- Snowflake adopts 1*8KW NiteCore Extreme lamp and the adjustment range is 10%-100%. Customers can adjust the lamp power to change the snowflake's detonation situation, so it will be more easy to adjust.
UV Curing
- UV curing adopts 2*12KW UV NiteCore Extreme lamps , the adjustment range is 25%-100%, customers can adjust the curing power according to the curing situation of the product to achieve refinement. Compared with traditional transformer + capacitor mode, NiteCore Extreme can save power by 15%-20%.
- The UV curing section has a special structure and an ultra-low temperature design.The product is not easy to deform, resulting in paper jams or misregister.
- When there is no paper passing by, the UV lamp will automatically turn into low power mode to save electricity.
- The rewinding and unwinding device adopts automatic high-precision tension control system, which makes the rewinding and unwinding in high precision and the operation is stable and smooth.
