Function and Profile
1.This machine is suitable for 3 or 5layer carton(No.5-12) can be made on this machine.
2.High speed, daily output can be up to 200000 pieces.
3.Low consumption, No.12 carton can be made smoothly.

Feeder

Aligner section
Independent section with an unparalleled lower carrier that guides the box to a parallel handrail that allows a perfect blank alignment.
Gluing section

- Both up and down belt are driven by motor, ensuring powerful driving force for the 3 or 5 layers carton
Output section
- The belt coordinate with the guide wheel, avoiding scratch on the box

Conveyor(4.6m)
- The speed of the delivery pressure part can be adjusted automatically or manually according to the speed of the host machine.
- The pneumatic adjustment of pressure,effective to facilitate the box paste.
- Depending on the length of the box ,the output pressure part can move back and forth.
Operation system
- Photo-electricity counting, quantity counting is available, pneumatic kicker for mark is used. Human-computer interface, which can be controlled scientifically, and easy operation.
