The machine is mainly used in the printing and packaging industry, using for different post-press packaging products, as well as a variety of craft printing products, such as cigarette boxes, wine boxes, gift boxes, electronic boxes cosmetic boxes , etc., can be die-cutting, creasing,cold embossing and hot-stamping stripping on the machine.
It can satisfy paper over 90grams, cardboard, corrugated, below 4mm laminated paper, plastic card, PVC, etc. High adaptability speed up to 7000 sheets per hour.

Partial Mechanism Function Description
Paper feeding section
Separation head:
Equipped a heavy-duty high-speed feeder, increased suction and delivery nozzle(4suctions 5send), easy to adapt for paper delivery of different sizes and thicknesses.
Adjust the angle of the separation head to correct the paper, and ensure paper smooth transportation.
Brake motor:
Reduced speed motor, high torque, low noise, stable transport.
Double-sheet detection device:
New designed, simple structure, easy adjustment, and high detection sensitivity.
Side gauge/ Front gauge
Equipped with photoelectric detection devices to monitor the paper position, the front, and side gauges can be not stopping adjusted the paper position and speed.
Sub-feeder
Equipped with a sub-feeder device, the machine can realize not-stopping feeding, which greatly improves production efficiency.
Die-cutting section
Pneumatic clutch
Equipped with Italy OMPI pneumatic clutch.
Intermittent mechanism
Equipped with TAN TZU intermittent mechanism, Germany synchronous belt transmission.
Rainshower type lubrication
Ensure the lubrication of the crankshaft, worm wheel, worm gear, oscillating rod, and connecting rod parts.
Torque limiter (optional)
When something enters or an accident occurs, the torque limiter will send a signal and stop running to protect the tooth row and die-cutting board.
Gripper needle row
Adopts the Extra-hard aluminum alloy hollow gripper needle, using Reynolds high precision sleeve roller chains, which can ensure the stability of die-cutting accuracy and precise positioning in the high-speed operation.
Die-cut plate
Use European alloy die-cut plate frame and steel plate.
Pneumatic locking plate
Equipped pneumatic locking plate mechanism and electrical devices.
Collecting section
Paper collecting mechanism
The paper collecting mechanism supports non-stop adjustment, equipped with the paper press device, and ensures the thick paper and corrugated paper are neatly stacked.
Sub-collecting
Equipped with a sub-collecting device, the machine can realize not-stopping operation, which greatly improves production efficiency.
Waste paper stripping section

Cooling system
