Partial Mechanism Function Description
Feeder

1. Paper feeding independent motor frequency control
2. Main motor speed ratio linkage, pasting box process to keep the box spacing stable.

Aligner section

Independent section with an unparalleled lower carrier that guides the box to a parallel handrail that allows a perfect blank alignment.
 

Pre-folding section

1. Three-plate transportation (left 180º, right 135º), especially for the box's need to run on automatic packing flow line.  
2. Can be upgraded for 4/6 corner box, servo control back hook lock system.

Bottom hook section

1. Three carrier belt structure, and segmented upper-carrier belt, realize different boxes production.
2. Modular design for bottom lock accessories, easy for adjustment.

Gluing section

1. Stable at high speed.
2. Without glue leakage and throwing.
3. Paste roller knurling treatment.

Final folding section

1. Lengthening final-folding section, pneumatic adjusts pressure.
