Manipulator automatic feeding, through the intelligent high-speed glue machine, unfold the cartons, product packed into the cartons, and then automatic box sealing and bundle with strapping tapes, online coding, automatic palletizing, the whole production line to achieve full automation to ensure the high-efficiency of folding gluing production.

3.Widely Applicable Folding Gluing Machine Model:Size 800 or Below 800; Max Speed Of Folding Gluing Machine:400m/min.

4. The Whole Machine Power is only 10KW to realize automatic production.

5.  Separate modular design and simple debugging operation of each part allow the simultaneous debugging of the folder gluer machine, so the whole production line can perfectly match the speed of the folder gluer machine.

6.Each part is compatible. For any part where the product order quantity is small or the product cannot proceed on, allow to be stopped without affecting the normal manual assistance process.

7. All parts are flexible. Even if the whole production line is not running, each part (i.e,  Box Unpacking, Box Sealing & Bundling and Box Palletizing) can be operated independently in factory daily production.

8. The production line does not occupy too much additional plant area.
