Function and Profile
This machine is used to strip the waste paper of product after die-cut. It can realize the stripping of the packaging boxes, trademark(LOGO), lock bottom boxes,self-locking boxes and so on. Using Servo motor driven and adopting the imported high precision ball screw and linear guide drive to avoid the integrating error and positioning error when machine is working; With PLC controlling,it is convenient to operate,safe and reliable. Cross- tropsch paper-driving platform can protect the product and the 90°corner conveyor belt to transports the product to the front of the machine to improve efficiency.Also the machine could be operated by just one person. Save cost of labor and management.

Paper-Driving
1.Cross- tropsch paper sets off headers immobile ; cross- tropsch products from paper-driving, avoid friction damage to the product;
2.Adopt the imported high precision ball screw and linear guide drive, avoiding the integrating error and positional error when machine is working.
Module Stripping
Modular stripping instead of traditional thimble stripping, easy to install, reduce set up time less than 20 minutes.
Manipulator
Automatic robot dispensing,controlled by the reversible gear motors,pneumatic clamp the,material,finished products to the conveyor belt,improve transport efficiency,reduce labor costs,and improve productivity.
Paper Collecting System
1.Automatic collecting and palletizing for fast and accurate detection of defective products and detection of defective products, reducing labour costs and inproving production efficiency.

Waste Discharge Channel

Equipped with infrared sensor, the machine will automatically stop when something enter the pick-up area, to avoid worker injury and machine damage.
