SH-800TS Automatic Ciggarette Packs Stripping Machine
Function and Profile
This machine is specially developed and produced for the cigarette packing producing. It could be combined with other production process from its front and back. It's the key to achieve unmanned intelligent and automated production. This machine can take out one row(three stacks)of products per stripping action. Its efficiency is three times as before. Automatically delivery waste paper and preloading paper device, due to strongly pointed of this machine, the adjusting time is very short and greatly improved stability.
Partial Mechanism Function Description
Feeder
Equipped the preloading paper device which can realized non-stop production, great help on steady production capacity and great support to cooperate with other production line.
The stacking height of feeding area is increased to 6-11cm from 5-8cm, further improve the stripping efficient.
Stripping
Machine can stripping one row(three stacks) of products per action. And it represents a complete break with tradition which just could take out one row per stripping action. Three times the efficiency of before and greatly improved efficiency.
Transportation
Automatic robot dispensing,controlled by the reversible gear motors,pneumatic clamp the,material,finished products to the conveyor belt,improve transport efficiency,reduce labor costs,and improve productivity.
Paper Collecting System
Equipped with automatic paper collecting and palletizing system, ensures neat and orderly stacking in the collection area, making it easier to connect to the next process, reducing labour costs and increasing production efficiency.
Waste Discharge Channel
The scraps of paper fall into the waste discharge channel during the stripping process,without manual removal, realize non-stop stripping.
